Ingredients: 1 cup cold, filtered water; 1 Tbs Dastony sunflower seed butter; 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen); 1 frozen banana; Pinch Sunbiotics Vanilla probiotic powder; 1/2 tsp maca powder; 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Rice Protein Powder; Small handful of ice
